Municipal Government Act

The Alberta Government will be tabling the Modernized Municipal Government Act this fall, and the EFCL, on behalf of Edmonton community leagues, is sending a letter to the province with suggested recommendations concerning the municipal use of parkland, plus adding a requirement for municipalities to adopt a Public Participation Policy by resolution of Council.
