Without our volunteers, community leagues would not exist - the EFCL would not exist. We would even say the city of Edmonton would not be the vibrant city it is today without the thousands of community league volunteers who have built up our neighbourhoods and our city since 1917 and continue to do so today.

Can you just imagine what our communities would be like without these amazing volunteers? Without you?

To our league volunteers, event volunteers and EFCL volunteers - we know you give countless hours. We know you care about your community and helping to make your neighbourhood be the best it can be. We appreciate your dedication and your passion. You are a model of volunteerism for our youth and a champion for building postive community relationships ... and we, the EFCL Board and staff, thank you.

Lend a hand, share your skills and interests, and meet your neighbours

If you would like to volunteer for your community league, connect with your league by visiting our Find a League/Facility page. If you would like to volunteer for the EFCL - either as a committee member or at one of our events, please fill out our volunteer form. There is always room for more helping hands.

The public loves community league volunteers

Whether it's hosting special cultural and community events, coaching sports, attending public workshops, planning for the neighbourhood's future, running a variety of programs, bringing awareness on issues that effect us and our neighbours or any one of a number of other things that take place in our communities - we have community leagues and their volunteers to thank.
