Bylaws

Bylaws are legal documents and every community league must have them. They are the written rules by which an organization is governed. They set forth the structure of the board and the organization. They determine the rights of participants and the procedures by which these rights can be exercised. Bylaws guide the board in conducting business and adherence to them can help ensure the fairness of board decisions and provide protection against external legal challenges.

The following documments should help your league in crafting well-written bylaws that meet the needs of your particular community league.
