This year’s AGM will include free pizza at 6:30 pm for all WCL members!  (Memberships will be available for purchase!)\nKey Purposes of a Community League AGM– Share Updates: Discuss local events\, sports programs\, and projects.– Elect Board Members: Elect or re-elect community volunteers.– Shape Direction: Neighbors can ask questions\, voice concerns\, and vote on changes to league bylaws or upcoming community initiatives.\nWho Can Attend and Vote?– Attendance: Open to all neighborhood residents who want to learn about or get involved in their local community.– Voting: Restricted to current\, valid league members who hold voting privileges according to the league’s specific bylaws. (Memberships will be available for purchase!)\nIn the event that we are not able to meet the required number of attendees for the AGM (a.k.a “Quorum”; 15 people)\, the event will be rescheduled for Thursday\, October 29\, 2026 at 7:00 pm.
