SUMMARY:Community Sound Bath
DESCRIPTION:We will journey together using a symphony of sacred instruments\, including but not limited to crystal singing bowls\, a small gong\, drums\, and chimes. We will start with some movement then move into mantras and breath then everyone settles in to experience the instruments. These tools create a powerful\, immersive soundscape that helps to detoxify the system of excess energy\, stress\, and mental chatter. If you sometimes find it hard to make space for yourself and find inner silence\, join us for an opportunity in a community where that’s the shared goal. \nBe sure to bring a mat and a blanket or a beach towel and some blankets or some blankets and some more blankets… Bring things to be cozy with haha. A pillow and some tea/ water also help. \nLocation: Delwood Community League\, 7515 Delwood Rd NW\nTime: March 30\, 2026 6pm- 8pm. Doors open at 5:30
