This form is to start the process of sponsoring an EFCL Community League District for Community League Day (September 21, 2024, though throughout the month of September). This is a $1000 sponsorship and you would be the realtor associated with that Community League District.

What’s Included in the $1000 Sponsorship

What’s included in this $1000 sponsorship:
1. A customized landing page (see mockup), 1 per district, indicating that you are the sponsor in a customized ad at the top of the page. This can include a link to a website or mailing list.

2. EFCL will create a customized Facebook ad (see sample ad), that will run in the lead up to September 21, to promote Community League Day and show you as the sponsor. Ads will be localized to each District boundaries and link to the customized landing page, indicated above.

3. An email, introducing you to the Leagues within your District, indicating your sponsorship, and the opportunity for them to connect with you and/or attend their Community League event. Signage opportunities and other print materials will also be highlighted via Darryn from Edmonton Real Estate Signs. This can support other potential sponsorship opportunities with each League.

Benefits of this sponsorship:
1. You are sponsoring a community-gathering event that is intended for all Edmontonians.
2. You are supporting your community by supporting the local Leagues in your area.
3. Further opportunities to advertise and work with Community Leagues. It is up to the realtor to field interest from the Community Leagues and pursue additional sponsorship opportunities.

It would then be up to the Realtor to determine their schedule for September, and to determine if they want to provide any additional support to Leagues or attend event in any way.

Filling out this form gives us the information we need to start this sponsorship. An EFCL staff member would reach out to you following the receipt of this form, to discuss payment and answer your questions. Please contact us communications@efcl.org if you have questions.

In the email we send to Community Leagues in your District, we'd like to lay out options of additional ways you are willing to partner with or support Leagues. Note, this would be an agreement between you and the Community League, and not part of this sponsorship. Leagues have a variety of ways that you can interact with them. Providing Re/Max-branded (or your brand) cups, plates, napkins, etc. to their Community League event (EFCL received this from Re/Max in the past, and many Leagues loved this and still ask about it.)

Providing Pop-Up Tents (Re/Max does offer this to non-profits already)

Advertising in other ways (inside their rinks, for example, in billboards or banners, etc.)
