Support the EFCL by volunteering
Yaqi was one of many who volunteered to help at the EFCL booth at the 2014 Heritage Festival.
Volunteering for the EFCL is a lot of fun and very rewarding; it's the perfect way to meet new people, be a part of a grass-roots organization that's been around for almost 100 years - and learn a few new skills.
The EFCL has a number of opportunities for volunteering a few hours of your time - from big community events like Heritage Days and K-Days to smaller events that focus more on our member leagues.
And as a not-for-profit, we're always open to those who want to volunteer their expertise - whether it's shooting photos, facilitating meetings, urban planning, fundraising or historical research.
Volunteering for the EFCL is perfect for those who, as part of their educational or job requirements, must put in a certain amount of volunteer hours. It's also great for those who just want to be involved in something a little different.
EFCL volunteer opportunities are open to everyone without regard to race, religion, national origin, gender, age or disability, so consider spending a few hours with us here at the EFCL.
