  • operational costs

Communities in the city applied for the grant funding via the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues (EFCL) starting in early December 2020. Applications were accepted by the EFCL until Thursday, December 10, 2020.

The EFCL staff reviewed all the applications with priority being given to Leagues whose programming supports Edmontonians facing multiple barriers and who without this financial support may be at risk of not opening their rink this winter.

These recipient Leagues will receive the one-time funding in early 2021 to help keep the vital neighbourhood resources running.
