Sourdough at the Hall

Learn the foundations of making delicious sourdough bread with instructor and baker, Mary Neufeld.
Participants will review the basics of sourdough, plus get an introduction to whole grains and inclusions to level up their skills! Both beginners and those who did Level 1 are welcome – there will be something to learn for everyone.
Prepare a dough ready to bake at home and leave with enough starter to continue your sourdough journey.
Bring two textured (not terry) tea towels and a bowl for mixing. If you have a proofing basket (banneton) please bring it but this is not necessary.
