EFCL Contractor & Vendor Marketplace Application

To maintain the integrity of our directory and the trust of our Community Leagues, all applicants undergo a thorough review process that includes mandatory elements like business licensing, insurance, and applicable certifications. In addition, we plan to contact the provided references to ensure organizational values alignment. View the marketplace directory.

Annual Subscription Fees by Category:

  • Constructions & Renovation – $1000.00
  • Maintenance & Grounds – $750.00
  • Events & Programs – $500.00
  • Financial Services – $500.00
  • Mediators – $500.00

**Annual subscription fees are reduced by 50% with a League recommendation in the form of a written letter from an active Community League board member.

Note: the annual subscription fee is collected upon application submission. All applicants are subject to final approval by the EFCL. In the event more information is required, it will be sought by EFCL staff via email or phone with the applicant. In the event an application is not approved, the collected fee will be refunded minus a $250.00 non-refundable application and processing fee.
