2026 Westwood Community League AGM

This is a yearly gathering to review the past year’s work, check the finances, vote on new board leaders, and discuss community plans. This year’s AGM will include free pizza at 6:30 pm for all WCL members!

– Elect Board Members: Elect or re-elect community volunteers.
– Shape Direction: Neighbors can ask questions, voice concerns, and vote on changes to league bylaws or upcoming community initiatives.

Who Can Attend and Vote?
– Attendance: Open to all neighborhood residents who want to learn about or get involved in their local community.
– Voting: Restricted to current, valid league members who hold voting privileges according to the league’s specific bylaws. (Memberships will be available for purchase!)

In the event that we are not able to meet the required number of attendees for the AGM (a.k.a “Quorum”; 15 people), the event will be rescheduled for Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 7:00 pm.
