CLOG Reporting

Community League Operating Grant

Important Changes to the DUE DATE for CLOG

You may be wondering why you must submit another CLOG application so soon after your previous report, or why this year’s CLOG reporting is due at a different time than last year’s.

This is the result of a motion approved by membership at the June 5, 2024 General Meeting, which changed CLOG reporting from a fixed deadline for all Leagues to a floating deadline determined by each League.

Starting with this intake period (2026 grant distribution). League CLOG applications are due 90 days after the League’s self-chosen “reporting date.”
The League will receive a notification from the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues 90 days before their grant application (CLOG) is due.**
In 2025 some Leagues will end up submitting reports only a few months apart as we adjust to this change.

Email leaguesupport@efcl.org if you don’t know when your grant application is due.

Thanks for taking time to fill out your annual reporting for the year. This work will help the EFCL and the City of Edmonton support you to create the community you want to build in your neighbourhood.
