Volunteers are essential to Community Leagues. And volunteers are becoming harder to find. In this interactive and in-person event, we’ll discuss volunteer engagement and recruitment at the League. The conversation will include:
- Broadening League outreach
- Membership process as volunteer management
- Asset mapping and community visioning
- Board recruitment and retention
- Micro-volunteerism and the use of committees
