EFCL as Employer of Record

 $150 + 1% of payroll per employee per month.

EFCL’s Employer of Record service allows Community Leagues to hire staff without taking on the complex responsibilities of payroll, compliance, and HR administration. EFCL serves as the legal employer, managing all payroll processing and employment standards obligations on behalf of the League. Leagues simply reimburse wages and employer costs, plus a modest administration fee of $150 + 1% of payroll per month.
