Background Information

The Risk Management Toolkit is designed for Community Leagues to critically analyze the impact of their decision(s) upon their League. Community Leagues can assess risk in the following areas:

• Financial
• Legal
• Legislative
• Operational
• Strategic

Instructions

Note: Each assessment can only be done one at a time. 

1. Click the button of the desired field under the image.
2. Once the button has been clicked, a window will appear on the same page. The assessment is divided into four sections:
   • Reward
   • Reward Likelihood 
   • Risk
   • Risk Likelihood
3. Each section has a horizontal rubric divided into four columns. Click the button that is aligned under the column that best represents your opinion.  
4. Once each section has been completed, the EFCL’s opinion will be displayed:
   • Caution or;
   • Observe Carefully or;
   • Proceed
