The draw is open to anyone in Alberta but the EFCL will only promote it within Edmonton to ensure it links back to the ticket buyer’s Community League. We ask Leagues do the same.
Leagues don’t have to worry about ticket sales; it’s all online. People will buy their ticket through a Charity Online page and receive an email right away with their ticketing information. During their purchase the buyer will need to submit some personal information and choose what Community League they are from through a drop-down menu.
The EFCL’s portion of the funds are deposited to our casino account with a seven-day delay. The winner is paid out by Charity Online directly. After the end of the 50/50 raffle, the EFCL will look at the report and pay out the prize to the winning League.
