Welcome to the EFCL Mentorship Program!

We want to honour the experience, knowledge, wisdom of League volunteers—a 100+ year legacy.

You’re the League experts! We want to connect experienced Community League volunteers with new/less experienced ones. We will also match League volunteers across the City, who are involved in similar projects, to encourage resource and expertise sharing.

A Flexible Model

The Mentorship Program is adaptable and adjusted for your time and needs. We know you are volunteers and the goal of this program is to make your life easier, not harder!

There are different levels of involvement for participants to choose from when you register in the program.

I’m a new Membership Director and would love to hear how other Leagues involve youth.

Our League just built a hall and I want to talk to someone who has been through a hall build.

I’ve been a board member for 10 years and would love to share my knowledge!

Group Mentorship Cafés

The Group Mentorship Café is a series of virtual spaces made available to Community League volunteers in a variety of board or volunteer positions. The purpose of these cafés is to bring volunteers together across Edmonton’s Community Leagues to share ideas, skills, resources, and experiences to help each other succeed in their roles.
